Fairgreen offers a wide range of community and apartment amenities for our residents. Washing machines are available for rent, and select apartments include a washer and dryer hookup. You’ll also appreciate that central heat is included in your rent. Our emergency maintenance staff is available around the clock, and both the management and maintenance teams are on-site. The application process is a two-step process. Once your application for residency is approved, you will be required to fill out a pet profile through PetScreening.com. Communication will be provided to your email address submitted.

The cost for the first household pet is $20 and each additional Pet Profile is $15.

There is no charge ($ 0) for assistance animal accommodation requests or no pet/animal profiles.

All profiles are valid for one year upon activation. Household Pet Profiles can be renewed for an additional year for $10 as long as the renewal is proactively completed by you prior to the expiration of the current term.
