I am very happy with this Apartment Complex. I love living here Since Skylar came back ,there have been a lot of positive... changes like cleaning the carpet in the gym area,replaced the dumpsters and the pool closes every night at 10:00 pm.The staff - Kristen and Raymond are working as a team to make a positive living environment for everyone. I’m going on 3 years here. Everything in society has gotten more expensive, I get it. $300 rent increase over 2 years is... pretty excessive. I, thankfully can afford it. What is Tuscany doing to enhance the quality of life here? I have a neighbor that moved in a few months ago that has left a bag of trash outside their door that I look at each time I see the stairs. Fit and finish is sketchy in my apartment(socket covers are pulled away from the dry wall), carpet is buckled(has been from day one), fridge is too small too. Picked this place because of the pool area- leaving that alone(way too many teenagers that don’t live here). Enough crying! The ladies in the office have been superb and always helpful and the maintenance peeps are friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Kudos on those items. Read More about 2.5 years here

Great apartments, but looking for parking is horrendous.
if you work late, good luck finding a parking spot, or just pay 50-100 a month more to just have a reserved parking spot.

Whoever has been managing this apartment complex is doing horribly. None of the amenities of this apartment I didn’t even... get to use due to lack of good management parking is terrible & you can hear everything with your neighbors only good thing is the location and the maintenance is really friendly and fast. I’ve been at the Tuscany for a couple of months now. It’s very quiet. Maintenance is quick if I need assistance. The views... are beautiful and the apartments are spacious and nice!
