Lattitude 31 is by far the best apartment complex in Odessa, their staff makes you feel right at home, tends to any and all... maintenance and or billing right away, they truly make you feel like family here ! Landscaping is always taken care around the entire facility, their welcome center and gym is always clean ! Never have had any issues living here.

Shaina was so helpful in helping me transition from my move into an apartment with latitude that it made the process seem... to easy to be true but it is- the rest of the staff are just as friendly and my children and I always feel so welcomed ! BEWARE! The apartments themselves are very nice. Beyond that the rest is a constant headache. Parking near your building... is non existent seems every person who lives here owns 3/4 vehicles and they hardly move spots. Tow truck creep through in the night and tow vehicles that no one has called on so guest tend to get the short end of the stick there. Office hours…WHAT office hours 9/10 they are closed or no one is in the office to help it’s locked always some excuse instead of hiring an extra person so there is always 1 person in the office during business hours. Locked out or forget your keys somewhere good luck even though maintenance has keys to every unit they WILL NOT help you after hours have to call your own locksmith. Hot tub rarely works, gym is tiny with very limited equipment. Gates constantly broken. Other than that great place to rent! Read More about Renter beware

We understand that parking can sometimes be a little difficult, which is why we work with a towing company to remove any improperly parked/registered vehicles so residents can utilize their parking spaces. We do apologize if we missed you in the office. We are many times out and about on the property either completing work or conducting tours. If there isn't someone available in the office, please feel free to leave a voicemail or send us an email and we'll get right back to you! Our maintenance team does not assist with lockouts for security reasons, as the associate responding to the call may not be able to fully verify the caller's identity. Relying on a locksmith adds an extra layer of security because they are required to be licensed and insured against possible errors made. We're happy to speak with you about any of your concerns, so please feel free to contact us if you'd like to have a conversation.

When we moved in we for one didn’t get the right apartment we wanted. We asked for the brown floor apartment and they stuck... us in a grey flooring apartment with the floors already torn up. Also, We got referred by a friend that moved in and was suppose to get $800 off our rent and it’s been 2 months and they still won’t add it to our rent.
