Got home late from work as I usually do, parked next to a vehicle that hasn’t moved in weeks. Wasn’t blocking any drive or... flow of vehicles entering and leaving the parking lot. Since it wasn’t in a painted spot my vehicle was towed. While there being multiple vehicles that’s have expired registrations, flat tires or just plain haven’t moved, my vehicle was the one to get towed. Now on top of a 315$ fine and accruing by the hour I have to pay rent to the party guilty of towing my vehicle. Hi, I apologies for the inconvenience this has caused for you. Unfortunately, if a vehicle is not in a parking spot than it does get towed same day. For flat tires and registration etc, we do sticker there car for them to fix it in a timely manner, if not than it will be towed as well. We do have these parking policies in all lease agreements. We do our best to make sure our parking lot is free of blocking other vehicles or driving areas, this way for our residents do not get blocked in or are prevented from leaving the parking area. We insure that all vehicles are being looked at in the same manner. Depending on the situation, will depend on if it needs immediate towing or a sticker for a 10 day period to have the problem fixed. Our towing company does view the parking lot daily. I hope this clears some parking issues up for you! Again, I apologies this has happened to you!

I have noticed that the pool is not senior citzen friendly as it does not offer a ladder or safety handles on the shallow... side of the pool. There are some of us that are not 5 feet tall and have issues getting in and out of the pool. Also it would be very beneficial if you had a net on premises so that the debris can be removed daily, since the staff do not do it. I’ve been living at this property for about a year now and will soon be transferring from Apartment 506 to 107. I gotta say... that words don’t express my appreciation for the place and it’s staff Tory and Sheyenne are very eloquent. Maintenance has always been expeditious and amable. I adore the holiday events Sheyenne puts together and can really tell the hard work she injects into even the small things that matter in life. This community is always very clean and peaceful a big big thank you to those who clean any and all parts of the complex. Tory and I have formed a nice bond just chopping it up outside from time to time. There’s hardly anything to complain about in my opinion. The transfer is going beyond smooth thanks to the Community Director’s efforts and she has all my gratitude.
