With the exception of paid parking and the occasional late night party extending into the morning. The lifestyle and atmosphere... at Andalucia is unmatched in the area. The maintenance is always very quick. The office staff is helpful and accommodating of requests. The community is family oriented and there are several events made available to residents to build relationships with our neighbors and have fun. Obviously the grounds and buildings are visually appealing which is a nice break from the normal landscape in West Texas. I enjoy living here and have recommended friends and coworkers looking for a new place to start there search here. If you like quality, security, and fun this is the right place for you. My family and I have lived here for almost 2 years now and we love it! It’s a good location not too far from shopping or... dining if we need to and it’s a gated community which makes me feel safe! Maintenance is awesome we have a a couple problems since living here and they were on top of it and fixed what needed to be fixed right away. The front office ladies is the best experience. They have gone above and beyond. Ashlee and Lacey are so helpful. They always... say hi to the baby and just the nicest people.
Ashlee came to our apartment to do an exit walk through. She was so nice and made the whole process effortless.

Nice apartments-great for pets
They’re nice apartments and it’s amazing for pets. Only complaint is parking. Very limited on free spots and our building... is in the back and our assigned parking spots are at the very front by the office. It’s a hassle to walk every day especially when weather is either cold or raining. Probably best game in town
Noisy tenants after 10 00 p.m. quiet hour near my apartment. No room for guest parking didn't think that one through. One... of the two security gates never closes. Outside lighting in breezeways and for the covered parking inadequate many of the lights that are there are not working. The staff in the office is very nice and receptive, but never followed up on a continuing noise complaint. This is a very nice, modern property. It feels like you are stepping into a true vacation villa....I love coming home after... work. It is very overpriced, but that is really the entire Odessa area. Wasn't too bad
We were here for about 4 months I think, and had to move due to a job transfer. The apartment homes are beautiful We would... attempt to move back in there if we had to come back to Odessa. The rent is a little pricey, but everything is pricey in Odessa Midland area. We loved living here during the time we had. My apartment had cracks toward the ceiling but that was not really noticeable unless you were searching for problems. Parking is almost nonexistent so it's better just to pay for a parking space and garage. Anyway, overall- I would live here again.Read More about Wasn't too bad

The property itself is very nice. Most people actually pick up after their pets here. I think I've only seen one or two times... in the three months I've been here that it hasn't happened. The staff is friendly with me and any maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely manner. The only downside to this place is the parking, as I'm sure has been said in other reviews. Parking here is horrible. I don't think there are enough parking spaces at all.
