Mrs.Monique and staff invited us to a movie night at the apartments. Movie was kid friendly at a decent hour . The office... had a nice set up with plenty of food snacks and drinks . We were able to help ourselves to anything we wanted . My son Jeremiah had skittles and I had some pop corn enjoying the movie with fellow residents. It is abusive that tenants have to pay for the insurance policy of a property that is not ours. As well as paying for the... sewer and garbage. Facility fee of what? Basic services of what? Administrative services of what? If payment is automatic. They are so inconsiderate and greedy that they are not even capable of including some free service in the expensive cost of the rent. They confirmed giving me a discount of 500 dollars for the reference of a tenant and it turns out that later it was 200 dollars. In the end they did not pay me anything, because according to them, the tenant broke the contract after paying a fine of 1000 dollars. What do I gain? It is a lack of respect.
