This is the second time in a month for my air conditioning to break down. I have tried to contact anyone from the office... and tried calling and no one answered the phone. My apartment heated up to over 80 degrees, which makes it impossible to sleep or rest. I have been staying in a motel due to no air conditioning. Don’t send me a condescending email telling me to use fans. It’s the responsibility of the apartment complex to make the necessary repairs to the air conditioning. We have been renting this condo for almost 4 years, even during the pandemic we never stopped paying rent, we have 2 rented... apartments that we keep in excellent condition, we have even recommended family and friends to rent here. However, we asked the condominium to change the carpet in the living room of one of the apartments due to health problems and their answer was NO. We are very upset, they do not care about keeping their tenants ... if I could I would not give them even one star, I do not recommend it.Read More about I do not recommend it

I had a rent a hotel due to the air conditioning not working? The app no longer has a maintenance request, I went to the... front office and requested my air conditioning get repaired. They want their damn rent, however they can’t manage to repair basic things like air conditioning or fix the hot water in the shower. The management is terrible and with the maintenance people. During this season when the temperature is below 85 degrees, ACs are not considered an emergency. The night time temperature was 56 degrees and daytime was high 70's, so repairs were made next day due to the several emergencies that maintenance had. We request that you log into his new account that shows your name only and not Midland School District's to be able to enter a request. From what we see here, there is no history of hot water repairs for this apartment so the resident will need to enter any request online.

This is the worse apartment complex in Midland. My air conditioning is out, they have taken to the maintenance request off... the app you pay on. I had to go to the office and request my air conditioner be fixed. I come in today it’s still blowing hot air. Plus the hot water barely gets hot in the shower. I wanted to recognize the office staff. In the past 3 years, usually my interactions with the office has been minimal, if... any. One thing that has stood out is they answer the phones! Shocker because with the office staff before you could call 10 times a day and no one would answer. So this is a breath of fresh air. I sent Shae an email asking for my lease options since I was planning on moving out after my lease expired. She was already planning on sending them out towards the end of this month but I requested it earlier since I had a tour scheduled with another property. She called me right away to ask what she could do as well as offered me options such as transferring to another Widener property instead of a different property and how I would save money by doing so. Long story short, I always get anxiety walking to that office because in the past I felt like the previous office team were annoyed by my presence. Or the fact that I dared to have a question about a package that was delivered would result in a disdainful attitude towards me or my son. I would avoid walking to the fitness area just to avoid them. This new office staff has made a big change with things. I’ll definitely be renewing my lease. Ismael is one of the maintenance persons who, when you call for maintenance and come to your place to fix something. He always... meets and exceeds expectations to repair. His positive attitude and willingness toward the problem show that he is hardworking, responsible, and do his job seriously. The apartment complex as a whole is outstanding. I have been living here for about 3 years. I am a single mom so I don’t know much about fixing or repairing anything around... the apartment lol. Any time I have put in a maintenance request, Jorge the maintenance man has ALWAYS approached the situation with a can do attitude.
